Monthly Remote/On-line Programming: $50
4 week Fitness Program to follow based on your needs and goals. Clients are required to have a Complete Fitness Assessment. (Not included with price above.) 3 workouts per week. Does not include 1-on-1 training.

Assessment & 8 week Program Design: $75
Complete Physical Fitness assessment & 8 week Fitness Program built around test results. 5 workouts per week. Does not include 1-on-1 training. ($95 value)



FYI

For groups of 2 or more participants, fees may divided among the group however they see fit. I take 1 payment from the group's point of contact. Make up sessions will not be permitted if a member(s) is absent during a scheduled session.

Scheduled appointments for 1-ON-1 AND GROUP TRAININGS require 8 hours notice of cancellation otherwise, the participant(s) will be charged for each missed session. There is some flexibility in the timeline so the key point is communication.

Blood Pressure Cuff may not fit all clientele.
